March Madness Rescheduled For March 29th

With the high potential of inclement weather moving in today, and more this weekend March Madness at Cherokee Speedway has been rescheduled. The event has been moved to a ONE DAY EVENT on Sunday March 29th. The speedway will release all details, including a new format once we have it all worked out. "Ultimately, we must make the best decision we can based on the information that we are given along with keeping our teams and fans in mind. We (SAS, SECA, Cherokee) watched the forecast change very minimal over the past few days and we really have no option without asking the teams and the fans to jump into a bad situation with us. That is not how anyone involved wants to kick off the season." stated Lennie Buff.
